Miss Garden State

Weather

Coming back from DC on earlier in the week, I met some nice people visiting from Denver. I asked if they still had snow there. They laughed and said they don't get as much as people think. Well, today they had a freak blizzard. Never say never.

The weather here today was PERFECT, about 70 degrees. Went to DC again to see the cherry blossoms and watch the tourists. The blossoms were in full bloom, so they looked like cotton candy framing the Tidal Basin around the monuments. There was a nice breeze blowing, and it almost blew over a man's combover. Seriously, WHY DO MEN DO THIS? You really think you are fooling anyone?

We also saw a family picnicing with their rabbit, a woman with her cat in a basket on her bike, 3 baby ducklings learning to swim and 2 squirrels mating. The male was chasing the female & she kept running away.

I know, I know, I'm going to Hell. But so are all the hundreds of other people who made that the most viewed photo on Yahoo.
