Christmas Miracle

I decided to make some creative artwork on my boyfriend's Christmas card, so I signed it from my pets. I sat my hermit crab, Spikely, on the card & traced his outline with a pen. If you think making hand-turkeys is fun, this is a hoot. Even though I am a professional artist, this came out looking like a 1st grader did it. As soon as I was done, I realized he was very very far up in his shell, and not making any noise (he usually crackles). In a panic, I realized Spikely was dead, and I had just put a dead animal on the card. I had no time to buy a new card. Technically, it was just the shell that touched the card, so I put him back in his tank to make funeral arrangements after the card & gift giving was over.

About 10 minutes later, I went by the bookshelf the tank sits on and SPIKELY HAD MOVED! It was a Christmas Miracle. I thought it was just Easter when things rose from the dead!
